Development of detailed engineering to expand the capacity of the Merrill–Crowe plant from 1,200 to 1,600 m³/h, from pregnant-solution pumping through the smelting filter presses, including the integration of new equipment and the modifications required for clarification, filtration, smelting, the laboratory, sample room and auxiliary services.
