Met-Mex Peñoles

Development of detailed structural engineering to rehabilitate the concrete columns, beams, and corbels supporting the electrolytic cells in Module 1 of the zinc plant. The project included an assessment of the existing structure, classification of damage caused by exposure to corrosive process liquids, design of strengthening solutions for each identified condition, and development of temporary shoring systems to maintain safe load transfer during rehabilitation.
